Golf course- Investment for the future of Scotland

Filed under: News — AnaM @ 9:40 am

Irvine Bay in Scotland is about to see some heavy investments in the development of its architecture, with numbers rising to about 60 mil. Pounds.

The area will host new links, along its hotels and a selection of holiday homes right on the bay front. But the main attraction will be a golf course, a joint venture between an Australian businessman and the owners of the already existing Machrihanish Dunes golf course in North Ayrshire. The course is already a popular destination for tourists from Europe, especially Danish, French and German. Also, the course is expected to provide jobs for many unemployed people in the area, who lost their jobs due to the disappearance of the manufacturing jobs around the bay.
