The “Water of Gods” as the Gauls called it, this alcoholic beverage has been a Scottish tradition for centuries now. But in time many nations around took up the brewing, so now the difference between brands coming fro mdifferent countries, such as Ireland or USA, is more than an “e” in the name of the liquor.

Hmm … who wouldn’t drool over a sheep’s stomach, filled with its own heart lungs and liver, condimented with oatmeal spices and salt and boiled over a hot stove for three hours. Interested yet ? Thought not ; still, the Scots seem to like it …
